Important changes to procedures and protocol .

Below is a summary of some of the important changes and additions to procedures and protocols you will need to be aware of when coming to Four Seasons Beauty.

  • Telephone, email or text bookings only.
  • Hand washing/sanitising upon entry into the treatment room.
  • Face coverings to be worn by both the client and therapist. Please bring a face mask with you, or I have plenty in the treatment room.
  • Relevant PPE will be worn by the therapist including, visor, face mask, gloves, apron etc.
  • Contactless and card payments is preferred wherever possible.
  • No physical receipts will be provided, they will be emailed directly to you instead.
  • Completion of a compulsory health questionnaire prior to your treatment.
  • Please arrive just before your appointment not too early and not late, ring the doorbell to let me know you have arrived.
  • Do not attend if you or anyone in your household has symptoms of Covid 19, please cancel and rearrange your appointment. You will not be changed a cancellation fee.
  • No refreshments will be served (other than water in disposable cups) please bring your own if necessary.
  • Please try to book all appointments together and not on separate days, this will help reduce the amount of cleaning time needed throughout the day.
  • No children will be allowed to accompany you on appointments.
  • Please keep personal items you bring with you to a minimum.
  • The door and window will be open as much as possible to help the flow of air and ventilation.
  • Extra time will be allocated at the end of the appointment to sanitise the room and equipment before the next client arrives.
