Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend an appointment please provide us with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.
This enables us to offer the appointment to someone on our cancellation list.
Please ensure we have your correct mobile number and email address at time of booking.
Text message and email reminders are sent to all clients 48 hours before their appointment to give them the opportunity to let us know if they are unable to come. The text message reminder will ask you to reply C to confirm your appointment, if you need to cancel or re arrange you will be asked to call us to do this.
If you do not turn up, or provide us with less than 24 hours’ notice we will have to charge you a minimum of 50% of your appointment value, this will either be taken from a credit/debit card or added to your client record and next appointment. Thank you
